近年,随着海洋深水油气田的成功钻探,深水开发相应的技术也不断发展应用。特别是2009年开始,在南中国海崖城13-4气田的开发,推动着深水技术在中国稳步迈进。崖城13-4气田位置水深约90米,开发模式为水下井口回接到原崖城13-1AWA固定平台。通过一根22.5公里8寸海底管线输送湿气到原崖城13-1AWA固定平台。为了解决湿气中CO2的腐蚀问题,本项目的海底管道选用耐腐蚀合金(CRA)复合管材料。本文着重介绍机械复合管的制造工艺及国产化道路,指出今后在海洋石油深水开发领域,国产化机械复合管将是主流。
In recent years, with the successful drilling of marine deepwater oil and gas fields, corresponding technologies for deepwater development have also been developed and applied. Especially since 2009, the development of 13-4 gas field in Hai Ya Cliff City in South China has pushed steady progress of deepwater technology in China. Yacheng 13-4 gas field depth of about 90 meters, the development model for the underwater wellhead back to the original Yacheng 13-1AWA fixed platform. Pass a 22.5 km 8 inch submarine pipeline to transport moisture to the original Yacheng 13-1AWA fixed platform. In order to solve the problem of CO2 corrosion in moisture, the submarine pipeline of this project chooses the corrosion-resistant alloy (CRA) composite pipe material. This article focuses on the manufacturing process of mechanical composite pipe and localization road, pointed out that in the future in the field of offshore oil deepwater development, domestically produced mechanical composite pipe will be the mainstream.
