研制了一种用于混合电动车的直线发动机/发电机动力系统。该系统的直线发动机样机是基于一款二冲程发动机原型机,经过机械结构和电控化改造后搭建完成的。根据初期的试验目标,设计了直线发动机试验台架测控系统,包括瞬态数据采集系统以及基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器的软件控制界面。利用基于Infineon公司的XC167CI芯片开发的控制器,进行软硬件的开发,实现了直线发动机的起动控制。验证了该发动机样机的可行性,对该发动机起动过程的运动特性做了探索性试验。该样机已正常运转。
A linear engine / generator power system for hybrid electric vehicle was developed. The system’s linear engine prototype is based on a two-stroke engine prototype, after the mechanical structure and electric control transformation to build completed. According to the initial test objectives, a linear engine test bench measurement and control system was designed, including transient data acquisition system and software control interface based on LabVIEW virtual instrument. The controller based on Infineon’s XC167CI chip was developed to realize hardware and software development and realize the start-up control of the linear engine. The feasibility of the engine prototype was verified, and the exploratory test was made on the kinematic characteristics of the starting process of the engine. The prototype has been operating normally.
