目的:探讨康洁灵(二氯异氢尿酸钠)对远洋客轮上的餐茶具、物体表面、袋装垃圾与压舱水消毒效果,为预防霍乱染疫船舶卫生处理提供最佳消毒剂。方法:用浸泡、擦拭、喷洒和粉剂溶液投放入水体中对上述物品实施消毒。结果:消毒餐茶具5min,杀灭率分别为99.80%,99.45%、99.73%;用体积分数为0.4%康洁灵消毒物体表面20min后大肠杆菌杀灭率100%,腊样芽胞杆菌20min杀灭率为99.99%;用体积分数为0.4%、4.0%、8.0%康洁灵溶液消毒垃圾30min后分别为98.34%、99.50%、100.00%;用1~2g粉剂(每吨水)对22艘装载压舱水船舶消毒结果未检出致病菌。余氯保持在0.5较好、0.7则较差。结论:康洁灵可用于霍乱染疫船(也可用于飞机、列车染疫处理)的感染处理。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Kang Jieling (sodium dichloroisocyanurate) on the disinfection of tableware, object surfaces, bagged garbage and ballast water on ocean-going passenger ships, and to provide the best disinfectant for the hygiene treatment of cholera-infected ships. Methods: Soak, wipe, spray and powder solution into the water to sterilize the above items. Results: The disinfection meal tea 5 minutes, the killing rates were 99.80%, 99.45%, 99.73%; with the volume fraction of 0.4% Kang Jieling disinfection of the surface 20min Escherichia coli kill rate 100%, Bacillus cereus 20min kill rate 99.99%, respectively. After sterilized with 0.4%, 4.0%, 8.0% of Kang Jieling solution for 30min, the volume of waste was 98.34%, 99.50% and 100.00% respectively. 22 ships loaded ballast water with 1 ~ 2g of powder Disinfection results did not detect pathogens. Remaining chlorine is better at 0.5 and worse at 0.7. Conclusion: Kangjieling can be used for infection treatment of cholera-infected ships (also used for aircraft and train immunization).
