目的:比较腹腔镜下手术与超声介入治疗卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的效果。方法:抽取2015年6月至2016年12月聊城市人民医院收治的卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者108例，采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组，研究A组54例采用腹腔镜下手术治疗，研究B组54例采用超声介入治疗，比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间及临床治疗总有效率，观察两组患者不良反应的发生率。结果:研究B组手术时间短于研究A组，术中出血量少于研究A组，术后住院时间短于研究A组，差异有统计学意义(n P0.05)；研究B组不良反应发生率低于研究A组，差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。n 结论:卵巢囊肿蒂扭转采用腹腔镜下手术、超声介入治疗临床疗效上均较好，但超声介入治疗能有效缩短手术时间与术后住院时间，术中出血少，手术创伤小，不良反应少。“,”Objective:To compare the effect of laparoscopic surgery and ultrasound interventional in the treatment of ovarian cyst pedicle torsion.Methods:A total of 108 patients with ovarian cyst pedicle torsion admitted to Liaocheng People’s Hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were selected. The patients were divided into two groups by random number table. with 54 cases in study a group a were treated by laparoscopic surgery, and 54 cases in study group B were treated with ultrasound intervention. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospital stay, total effective rate of clinical treatment, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time of study group B was shorter than that in study group A, the blood loss during operation was less than than that in study group A, and the postoperative hospital stay was shorter than that in study group A, (n P0.05); the adverse reaction rate in study group B was lower than that in study group A (n P<0.05).n Conclusions:Laparoscopic surgery and ultrasound interventional treatment of ovarian cyst pedicle torsion have high clinical effects. However, ultrasound interventional treatment can effectively shorten the operation time and postoperative hospital stay, reduce intraoperative bleeding, and has less trauma. There are fewer adverse reactions and more clinical application value.
