根据矿用自卸车离合器使用频繁,操作者劳动强度大,长期运行中出现分离不彻底,结合时不平稳、易打滑等故障特点,研究膜片弹簧的弹性特性。以膜片弹簧在摩擦片磨损极限范围内仍然有可靠的压紧力和操纵轻便性为双目标函数,应用MATLAB优化工具箱对膜片弹簧结构参数进行优化设计。优化结果表明,优化后的膜片弹簧的压紧力在摩擦片磨损范围内变化极小,操纵明显轻便。该方法提高了计算精度和效率,且具有针对性。
According to the frequent use of the clutch for mining dump truck, the operator has large labor intensity, incomplete separation during long-term operation, unsteadiness and slippery when combined with the characteristics of the elastic characteristics of the diaphragm spring. With the diaphragm spring in the wear limit of the friction plate, there is still a reliable two-objective function of the compaction force and the control of the portability. The optimization design of the diaphragm spring structure parameters is carried out by using the MATLAB optimization toolbox. The optimization results show that the optimized pressing force of diaphragm spring changes little in the range of friction plate wear and the operation is obviously light and convenient. The method improves the calculation accuracy and efficiency, and is targeted.
