目前我国政府组织普遍存在机构重叠、部门偏多、行政工作方式繁复、组织结构趋于僵化的特点,而面对当今国内外较为动荡的政治环境,如何确保在现有的政府层级基础上适度调整结构,建设一个良好有序、高效运转的服务型政府就显得尤为重要。此外,党的执政能力的提高也必须依托政府结构组织的优化。因此,本项目立足当代政府结构现状,对其进行深入研究,分析了优化其结构的研究的必要性,旨在为提高党的执政能力以及政府组织结构优化提出建议和策略。 At present, the government organizations in our country generally have the characteristics of overlapping institutions, too many departments, complicated administration methods and rigid organizational structure. However, in the face of the turbulent political environment both at home and abroad, how to ensure proper adjustment based on the current government level? Structure and building a service-oriented government that is well-ordered and highly efficient are of paramount importance. In addition, the improvement of the party’s ability to govern must also rely on the optimization of government structure and organization. Therefore, based on the status quo of contemporary government structure, this project conducts an in-depth study and analyzes the necessity of studying its structure optimization so as to provide suggestions and tactics for improving the party’s ability to govern and optimize the structure of government.
