开发了能长时间不需维修的 LNG 烟囱用新型耐腐蚀钢 WELACC5。实验室的加速试验结果表明,在模拟烟囱的环境下,WELACC5具有良好的耐腐蚀性能。在 LNG烟囱环境下,WELACC5的腐蚀速度为0.0007mm/a,比低碳钢的腐蚀速度明显放慢。而且,钢板表面形成了可以防止从烟囱飞出的粘着锈。WELACC5的加工性能、焊接性能和焊接接头性能都很可靠。由此可以得出结论,WELACC5完全适合做LNG 烟囱。
Developed a new corrosion-resistant steel WELACC5 for LNG chimneys that can be maintained for long periods without maintenance. Laboratory accelerated test results show that, in the simulated chimney environment, WELACC5 has good corrosion resistance. In LNG chimney environment, WELACC5 corrosion rate of 0.0007mm / a, corrosion rate was significantly lower than mild steel. Moreover, the surface of the steel sheet is formed to prevent sticky rust from flying out of the chimney. WELACC5 processing performance, welding performance and weld joint performance are reliable. From this it can be concluded that the WELACC5 is perfectly suited for LNG chimneys.
