目的:探讨品管圈在骨科护理质量持续改进中的应用效果。方法:浙江省杭州市第一人民医院从2014年2月起实施品管圈,随机选取实施品管圈前后收治的患者各120例为研究对象。将品管圈用于日常护理管理,比较实施品管圈前后患者及家属的护理工作满意度、各项规章制度的落实情况和不良事件的发生情况。结果:不良事件发生率明显降低(P<0.05),患者及家属对护理工作的满意度明显提高(P<0.05),各项规章制度落实的得分明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈在骨科护理质量持续改进中效果显著,能够有效提高患者及家属的护理满意度,降低不良事件的发生率,改善各项规章制度的落实情况。
Objective: To discuss the application effect of quality control circle in continuous improvement of orthopedic care quality. Methods: The First People’s Hospital of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province implemented the quality control circle from February 2014, and randomly selected 120 patients who were treated before and after the implementation of quality control circle as the research object. The quality control circle will be used for daily nursing management. The satisfaction of nursing work of patients and their families before and after the implementation of quality control circle, the implementation of various rules and regulations and the occurrence of adverse events will be compared. Results: The incidence of adverse events was significantly lower (P <0.05). Satisfaction of patients and their relatives in nursing was significantly improved (P <0.05), and the scores of various rules and regulations were significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion: The quality control circle has a significant effect on the continuous improvement of the quality of orthopedic care, which can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients and their families, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and improve the implementation of various rules and regulations.
