本文研究了荧光素钠静脉注射液的制备,并就注射液的荧光强度与浓度、酸度、荧光激发波长、某些离子间的关系进行了较深入的研究。结果表明:本制备工艺科学合理,产品质量好,注射液的荧光强度、荧光寿命、显影清晰度可与美国产品相媲美,而在国内具有领先水平,荧光素钠水溶液的浓度在1.4×10~(-5)~1.8×10~(-5)mol.L~(-1),PH值介于8~9之间受最大荧光激发波长(489nm)激发后,所产生的荧光强度最强,一些重金属离子强烈地影响着荧光强度。
In this paper, the preparation of sodium fluorescein intravenous injection was studied, and the relationship between the fluorescence intensity and concentration, acidity, fluorescence excitation wavelength and some ions of the injection was studied deeply. The results showed that: The preparation process is scientific and reasonable, and the product quality is good.
