目的比较脑梗患者与正常人的脑电(EEG)非线性参数:关联维数(D2)、近似熵(ApEn)、复杂度(Cx)的差异,明确EEG非线性参数是否具有监测脑梗塞出现的作用。方法选择经脑部核磁共振(MRI)确诊的脑梗塞患者和正常人(与脑梗患者同龄同性别)各30例分别测量额部EEG非线性参数,配对比较两组的EEG非线性参数。结果脑梗患者组的三个EEG非线性参数较正常对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论EEG非线性参数具有判别脑梗塞的能力,D2、ApEn值与脑梗塞的程度可能具有一定相关性。
Objective To compare the EEG non-linear parameters between cerebral infarction patients and normal subjects: the correlation dimension (D2), approximate entropy (ApEn), complexity (Cx), to determine whether EEG nonlinear parameters have the ability to monitor the occurrence of cerebral infarction Role. Methods Thirty patients with cerebral infarction and normal subjects (same age and same age as patients with cerebral infarction) diagnosed by brain MRI were respectively measured the EEG non-linear parameters of forehead and the non-linear parameters of EEG were compared and matched. Results The three parameters of EEG in patients with cerebral infarction were lower than those in normal controls (P <0.05). Conclusion The nonlinear parameters of EEG have the ability of discriminating cerebral infarction. The value of D2, ApEn may have a certain correlation with the degree of cerebral infarction.
