本文介绍了一种基于嵌入式主板的便携式无线图像发射装置的设计原理和实现方案,该装置具有图像采集、图像处理和图像的无线传输功能。同时提出了一种改进的运动图像检测算法,并将其应用到无线图像发射装置的图像处理过程中,由此构造了一种基站式无线图像监控系统。该系统可以获取被监控现场的实时图像,对图像中运动物体检测,当有运动物体进入监视现场时,无线图像发射装置给出报警信号,并将报警信号以及实时的图像画面通过无线图像发射装置发射出去,通过无线接收基站传入监控机房,监控人员可以在监视器上观察报警现场的情况。我们研制出了便携式无线图像发射装置的样机,并在实验室构建了该无线图像监控系统,获得了理想的效果。
This paper introduces a design principle and realization scheme of a portable wireless image transmitter based on embedded motherboard. The device has the functions of image acquisition, image processing and image wireless transmission. At the same time, an improved moving image detection algorithm is proposed and applied to the image processing of the wireless image transmitting device, thus a base station wireless image monitoring system is constructed. The system can obtain real-time images of the monitored site and detect the moving objects in the image. When a moving object enters the surveillance site, the wireless image transmitting device gives an alarm signal and sends the alarm signal and the real-time image frame through the wireless image transmitting device Launched out, through the wireless base station into the monitoring room, monitoring personnel on the monitor alarm scene observation. We developed a prototype of a portable wireless image transmitter and built the wireless image monitoring system in the laboratory to achieve the desired result.
