百日咳仍是儿童中多发病,本文对我院传染病科10年内(1969～1979)住院治疗的354例百日咳病例中,临床併发中枢神经系统病变的43例进行分析,病例选择条件:①临床确诊百日咳;②频繁抽痉;③突然出现昏迷,瞳孔改变,偏瘫,失语;④排除小儿高热惊厥,婴幼儿百日咳窒息(憋气)。诊断必须具备①②④或①③项条件,脑脊液正常或异常谨作为百日咳脑病或脑炎的诊断参考。
Pertussis is still a frequent occurrence in children. In this paper, 354 cases of pertussis pertussis who were hospitalized within 10 years (1969 ~ 1979) hospitalized in our department of infectious diseases were analyzed in 43 cases of clinical complicated central nervous system diseases. Case selection conditions: ① clinical Confirmed whooping cough; ② frequent spasm; ③ sudden coma, pupil changes, hemiparesis, aphasia; ④ exclusion of children with febrile seizures, infantile pertussis suffocation (suffocation). Diagnosis must have ① ② ④ or ① ③ terms, normal or abnormal cerebrospinal fluid as a diagnosis of pertussis encephalopathy or encephalitis reference.
