目前由电动单元组合仪表组成的调节系统在我国已得到相当广泛地应用,如何利用计算机技术进一步提高过程控制的自动化水平,已成为人们普遍关注的问题。面对这种形势,最简单的办法是引进国外分散型控制系统以取代现有的单元组合调节仪表。当然,国外这类系统其技术上的先进性是众所周知的。但是在尚未国产化之前,用这类仪表实现控制系统的更新换代,在经济上要付出高昂的代价,特别是对中小企业,是一时难以承受的负担。能否在单元组合仪表的调节器上设置通信接口,和计算机连接起来,构成简易分散型控制系统呢?本文就这个问题略述粗浅的看法提供参考。
At present, the adjustment system composed of electric unit instrument cluster has been widely used in our country. How to use computer technology to further improve the automation of process control has become a common concern. In the face of this situation, the easiest way is to introduce foreign decentralized control system to replace the existing unit combination regulation instrument. Of course, foreign advanced technology of such systems is well known. However, before such measures have been taken, the replacement of control systems with such meters has to pay a high price for the economy, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises. Is it possible to set up a communication interface on the controller of the unit instrument cluster and connect it with a computer to form a simple and decentralized control system? This article provides a brief introduction to the superficial view of this issue.
