评估城市地下空间资源质量是合理利用城市有限土地、提高城市土地资源利用率的前提。在分析地下空间开发利用条件的基础上,本文提出城市地下空间资源三维质量的可变模糊评价思路与方法。以广东省佛山东平新城地区为例,根据层次分析法建立评价指标体系,采用Voxel模型对评价区域进行三维剖分,建立断裂面三维缓冲区,定量计算三维缓冲区内各评价单元体顶点上的影响因子值,计算各指标的相对隶属度,按照主题层计算评价区域内各节点的评价结果。结果表明:可变模糊集理论能够解决评价因子的模糊性和不完备性,更为真实地反映了地下空间质量的相对性;将地质体约束引入到评价单元体划分及空间插值过程中,可以有效削弱数据变异性对评价结果的影响,尤其是在断裂三维缓冲区模型的建立及指标定量化工作中,能够细化断裂在三维评价中的影响作用,降低评价模型的不确定性。
Assessing the quality of urban underground space resources is a prerequisite for making rational use of urban limited land and improving the utilization rate of urban land resources. Based on the analysis of the conditions for the development and utilization of underground space, this paper proposes a variable fuzzy evaluation method and method for three-dimensional quality of urban underground space resources. Taking Dongping New District of Foshan City, Guangdong Province as an example, the evaluation index system was established according to analytic hierarchy process. The Voxel model was used to three-dimensionally divide the evaluation area. The three-dimensional buffer zone of fracture surface was established and the top of each evaluation unit in the three- Influence factor value, calculate the relative membership degree of each index, and calculate the evaluation results of each node in the evaluation area according to the topic layer. The results show that the variable fuzzy set theory can solve the fuzziness and incompleteness of the evaluation factors and reflect the relativity of the quality of the underground space more authentically. The introduction of the geological body constraint into the evaluation unit body partition and the spatial interpolation process can The effect of data variability on evaluation results can be effectively weakened. Especially in the establishment of three-dimensional fracture model and quantitative indexing, the effect of fracture on three-dimensional evaluation can be refined and the uncertainty of evaluation model can be reduced.
