分布式制造应用之间的互操作是计算机辅助协同设计需要解决的核心问题。该文从一个航天复杂产品的协同设计实例出发,研究了支持多领域应用协同设计的To-Be模型。结合当前元语言、元框架等技术特点,提出了一种元模式协同设计方法。该方法具有将产品的工程特征信息描述与实现技术(程序语言、计算机辅助工具)隔离;应用可扩展标记语言描述产品元数据;应用元框架实现产品共享信息的交互等特点。设计了航天复杂产品协同设计知识大纲,实现了多领域应用的协同设计。
Interoperability among distributed manufacturing applications is a key issue to be solved in computer-aided collaborative design. Starting from the collaborative design of a space complex product, this paper studies the To-Be model that supports multi-domain application collaborative design. Combined with the current meta-language, meta-framework and other technical features, a meta-model collaborative design method is proposed. The method has the characteristics of the product engineering information description and implementation technology (programming language, computer-aided tools) isolation; application of extensible markup language description of product metadata; application of meta-framework for product sharing information interaction characteristics. The collaborative design knowledge outline of complex aerospace products is designed and the collaborative design of multi-domain applications is realized.
