目的 :观察龙虎三宝丹对荷瘤小鼠免疫细胞的影响。方法 :对荷S180、EAC的NIH小鼠和荷Lewis肺癌的C5 7/BL系小鼠 ,分别给以龙虎三宝丹和生理盐水灌胃。观察尾静脉血WBC、ANAE+ 细胞 ;瘤龄 10d时用MTT法观察淋转刺激指数和自然杀伤 (NK)细胞活性。结果 :与对照组相比 ,实验组WBC明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ;ANAE+ 细胞数量及绝对计数明显提高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;淋转率和NK细胞活性明显提高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :龙虎三宝丹对荷瘤小鼠的WBC及ANAE+ 、淋转、NK等免疫细胞有较好的调节作用。为临床应用抗癌中药提供了重要依据。
Objective: To observe the effect of Longhu Sambatan on immune cells in tumor-bearing mice. Methods: NIH mice bearing S180, EAC and C5 7 / BL mice bearing Lewis lung carcinoma were given gavage and Saline respectively. The tail vein blood WBC and ANAE + cells were observed. The lymphocyte stimulation index and natural killer (NK) cell activity were observed by MTT method at the age of 10 days. Results: Compared with the control group, the WBC in the experimental group was significantly increased (P <0.01); the number and absolute count of ANAE + cells were significantly increased (P <0 05); the leaching rate and NK cell activity were significantly increased (P < 0 0 5). Conclusion: Longhu Sambatan can effectively regulate WBC, ANAE +, lymph node and NK immune cells in tumor-bearing mice. For clinical application of anti-cancer medicine provides an important basis.
