目的:分析护理告知在骨科患者体位安全护理中的实施效果,为提高骨科患者的护理质量提供参考。方法:随机选取2014年1月~2016年1月医院骨科收治的118例住院患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各59例,对照组患者给予常规的体位安全护理,而观察组患者则在此基础上强化护理告知等,统计分析两组患者的护理效果和满意度。结果:观察组患者的护理效果和患者满意度显著优于对照组,数据比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:护理告知在骨科患者体位安全护理中的实施,效果显著。 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of nursing notification in orthopedic patient’s position safety nursing, and to provide reference for improving the quality of nursing care in orthopedic patients. Methods: A total of 118 hospitalized patients admitted to the orthopedics department between January 2014 and January 2016 were selected randomly. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 59 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given routine body position safety Nursing, while the observation group patients on the basis of this enhanced nursing care, statistical analysis of the two groups of patients with the effect and satisfaction of care. Results: The nursing effect and patient satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nursing inform the implementation of orthopedic patients in the position of safety nursing, the effect is remarkable.
