鄂尔多斯南部中寒武统张夏组白云岩晶间溶孔储层、下奥陶统亮甲山组上部白云岩溶蚀孔洞储层、下马家沟组三段层间岩溶带溶蚀膏模孔洞储层、上马家沟组二—四段层间岩溶带及风化壳岩溶带储层、中奥陶统平凉／泾河组台缘礁滩组合、后礁带及礁后滩，均是具有勘探前景的储层。全区自上而下划分出５套储盖组合，在７个勘探区块中，以第１，２区块储盖组合最佳 Middle Ordovician Zhangxia Formation dolomite intergranular reservoir, Lower Ordovician Liangjishan formation dolomite dissolution reservoir, and the Lower Majiagou formation interlayered karst dissolution paste porosity reservoir, Interlayer karst zone and weathered crust karst zone reservoirs in the second to fourth sections of the Gouzhan Formation, the combination of the margin reef banks in the Pingliang / Jinghe Formation of the Middle Ordovician, the posterior reef belt and the reef beach are all reservoirs with exploration prospects. From top to bottom, the whole area is divided into 5 sets of reservoir-cap combination, among the 7 exploration blocks, the best combination of the first and second blocks
