SDF-1、CXCR4和hs-CRP在儿童急性白血病中的表达

目的:检测儿童急性白血病骨髓中CXCR4、血清中SDF-1和hs-CRP的表达情况,探讨其临床意义,以积累临床经验,指导临床工作。方法:选取我院诊治的85例儿童急性白血病作为实验组,留取治疗前的骨髓穿刺标本,应用流式细胞术对其进行CXCR4的检测;留取治疗前的血清,对其进行SDF-1和hs-CRP的表达量的检测。选取同期20例非恶性血液病儿童的骨髓及血清作为对照组,检测骨髓中CXCR4和血清中SDF-1、hs-CRP的含量。比较二组中CXCR4、SDF-1和hs-CRP的表达及不同临床特征的意义。结果:实验组CXCR4、SDF-1和hs-CRP的表达量显著高于对照组,CXCR4、SDF-1和hs-CRP在急性淋巴细胞性白血病患儿和髓外侵润的患儿表达明显增高。在实验组中CXCR4和SDF-1的表达具有正相关性。CXCR4和hs-CRP、SDF-1和hs-CRP的表达未见明显相关性。结论:CXCR4、SDF-1和hs-CRP在白血病患儿血清中高表达,其在疾病发生发展中可能具有重要意义,CXCR4和SDF-1在白血病的发生发展中具有协同作用。 OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of CXCR4, SDF-1 and hs-CRP in serum of children with acute leukemia, and to explore the clinical significance of this study in order to accumulate clinical experience and guide the clinical work. METHODS: Eighty-five children with acute leukemia treated in our hospital were selected as the experimental group. The bone marrow samples before treatment were collected and tested by flow cytometry (CXCR4). Serum samples were collected before treatment and SDF-1 And the detection of hs-CRP expression. Bone marrow and serum of 20 non-hematologic malignancies were selected as the control group, and the contents of CXCR4 in bone marrow and SDF-1, hs-CRP in serum were detected. To compare the expression of CXCR4, SDF-1 and hs-CRP in two groups and the significance of different clinical features. Results: The expression of CXCR4, SDF-1 and hs-CRP in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The expression of CXCR4, SDF-1 and hs-CRP in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and extramedullary infiltration was significantly higher . There was a positive correlation between the expression of CXCR4 and SDF-1 in the experimental group. CXCR4 and hs-CRP, SDF-1 and hs-CRP expression was not significantly correlated. Conclusion: CXCR4, SDF-1 and hs-CRP are highly expressed in the serum of children with leukemia, which may play an important role in the development of the disease. CXCR4 and SDF-1 have a synergistic effect in the development of leukemia.
