钢水包是一个受力状态复杂的承载结构,由于生产要求而需要对钢水包底部进行优化设计。对两种设计方案进行了有限元分析计算,以检验设计方案的合理性和可行性。根据分析结果,确认了最终的设计方案。
The ladle is a bearing structure with complex stress state. Due to the production requirements, the ladle bottom needs to be optimized. The finite element analysis and calculation of the two design schemes are carried out to test the rationality and feasibility of the design scheme. According to the analysis results, confirmed the final design.
