外语教师评估素养研究探析

在建构主义与整体语言观的影响下,语言教师评估素养及评估实践的有效性已成为语言测试领域新兴的研究热点。鉴于课堂评估主要依赖教师的主观判断,课堂评估活动的有效性与教师评估素养密切相关。本文从教师评估素养的构念入手,回顾了语言教师评估素养的重要性和研究现状,在此基础上探讨适合我国国情的外语教师评估能力培养模式。 Under the influence of constructivism and holistic language view, it has become a new research hotspot in the field of language testing that language teachers evaluate literacy and evaluate the effectiveness of practice. In view of the fact that classroom assessment relies mainly on teachers ’subjective judgment, the effectiveness of classroom assessment activities is closely related to teachers’ assessment of accomplishments. This article starts from the conception of teachers’ assessment of literacy and reviews the importance and research status of language teachers’ assessment of literacy. On the basis of this, it explores the assessment model of foreign language teachers’ ability to adapt to China’s national conditions.
