The purpose of this study is to understand the positive and negative experiences of young people in the movement. The sampled teen athlete swimmers participated in the semi-structured interview qualitatively. Advocate their athletes to engage in many positive developmental experiences (ie, related challenges, meaningful adult and peer relationships, a sense of community, and other life experiences) and some negative developmental experiences (ie, poor health Related coaching relationships, negative peer impact, parental stress, and challenging sports). The programmers, clubs, coaches, and parents who highlighted the key character movements were found to be contributing to the positive development of youth while the campaign highlighted many important future research directions. The paper summarizes the training and practice that affect coaching and cultivates the enthusiasm of adolescents in sports.
