目的:探讨钼、铑双靶全数字化乳腺片钙化对乳腺癌诊断的价值。方法:利用本院引进的美国GE钼、铑双靶全数字化乳腺机,回顾性分析利用此机器检查的55例57侧乳腺癌中39例含有钙化的影像表现,这些病例全部经手术病理证实,并与同期含有钙化的良性病变对照,采用下述指标探讨:每平方厘米钙化数目(N/S)定为N/S≥5个为密集簇状,<5个为稀疏,结合与钙化形态分为密集粗颗粒型、密集细颗粒型、密集导管型、稀疏粗颗粒型、稀疏细颗粒型、稀疏导管型、密集混合型7型。结果:通过对钙化的形态、大小、数目进行分型研究发现乳腺癌39例钙化中密集细颗粒型14例,密集混合型20例,两者共34例占87%,6例良性钙化1例为密集混合型,4例为稀疏粗颗粒型,1例为稀疏细颗粒型,与恶性钙化有明显区别。结论:此机器对乳腺检测具有较高的对比度和清晰度,对微小钙化及微小病变的显示具有较高显示率及敏感性。乳腺癌钙化主要表现为密集混合型,钙化形态不规则,呈多样性,密度较低,良性病变钙化主要表现为稀疏粗颗粒型,形态规则,密度较高,充分认识乳腺钙化征象对提高乳腺癌的诊断率具有重要意义。

There were 34 cases in 87 cases, 6 cases of benign calcification For the intensive mixed type, 4 cases of sparse coarse granular type, 1 case of sparse fine granular type, and malignant calcification were significantly different. Conclusion: This machine has high contrast and clarity for breast examination, and has high display rate and sensitivity for the display of microcalcifications and minimal lesions. Breast cancer calcification is mainly characterized by dense mixed type, irregular calcification, diversity, low density, benign lesion calcification is mainly manifested as sparse coarse grain type, morphology, higher density, full understanding of the signs of breast calcification to improve breast cancer The diagnostic rate is of great significance.
