黄铜、青铜与普通结构钢、经过热处理的钢、渗碳淬火钢、不锈钢、镀硬铬及其他种类铜合金相对运动时,为改进黄铜和青铜的磨擦性能而提出了 DELSUN 镀渗工艺。该工艺提高了零件的抗咬合、抗擦伤、抗磨粒磨损和粘着磨损的性能。该工艺提高了黄铜和青铜表面的接触疲劳强度,增加了黄铜和青铜的承载能力,接触应力可加大一倍。该处理使那些在空气或水中润滑不当情况下工作零件的性能获得显著改善。此外由于该工艺增加了油膜的稳定性,使重载零件在油中运转的性能有所提高。
In the relative movement of brass, bronze and ordinary structural steel, heat-treated steel, carburized hardened steel, stainless steel, hard chrome plating and other kinds of copper alloys, a DELSUN infiltration process was proposed to improve the frictional properties of brass and bronze. The process improves the anti-seizure, anti-galling, anti-abrasive wear and adhesive wear performance. The process improves the contact fatigue strength of brass and bronze surfaces, increases the bearing capacity of brass and bronze, and can double the contact stress. This treatment results in a significant improvement in the performance of working parts that are not properly lubricated in air or water. In addition, as the process increases the stability of the oil film, so that heavy-duty parts in oil performance has improved.
