内燃机气缸盖上的进排气门导管孔与阀座孔是同轴孔。它是气缸盖的关键加工部位,也是各种同轴孔中较难加工的结构。通常对阀座孔与导管孔的精加工有三点要求:(1) 阀座锥孔与导管内孔间(压配导管及座圈后)的同轴度,一般为0.015~0.02mm;(2) 阀座圈45°锥孔的几何精度;(3) 阀座锥孔面与导管孔表面的光洁度(一般为▽8)。这三点要求中尤其是阀座锥孔与导管内孔间的同轴度,对气门密封性的好坏影响最大。多年来,它一直是我国汽车及发动机制造行业的工艺难题。少数工厂靠进口的专用设备才完成其最终的精加工。
