用人工方法将粒度范围为 5 0~ 10 0 μm的Al2 O3颗粒掺入到粒度范围为5 0~ 10 0 μm的高温合金粉末中 ,对混合粉末进行静电分离 (ESS)后 ,用体视显微镜检测Al2 O3颗粒的去除效果。研究表明 ,ESS去除Al2 O3颗粒的效果显著 ,工艺参数不同 ,ESS去除效果也不同。当辊筒转速一定时 ,随着电晕极电压的升高 ,去除效果增强 ;电晕极电压一定时 ,随辊筒转速降低去除效果也增强。实验结果与理论分析相吻合。在本实验条件下 ,ESS的最佳工艺参数为 :电晕极电压40kV ,辊筒转速 5 0r/min。
The Al 2 O 3 particles with the size range of 50 ~ 100 μm were incorporated into the superalloy powder with the size range of 50 ~ 100 μm by artificial method. After electrostatic separation (ESS), the mixed powder was observed with stereo microscope Detection Al2 O3 particles removal effect. The results show that the effect of ESS removal of Al 2 O 3 particles is remarkable, the process parameters are different, and the effect of ESS removal is also different. When the roller speed is constant, with the increase of the corona voltage, the removal effect is enhanced. When the voltage of the corona pin is constant, the removal efficiency is also decreased with the decrease of the roller speed. The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical analysis. Under the experimental conditions, the best ESS process parameters are: corona voltage 40kV, roller speed 50r / min.
