胶带运输机的胶带连结是影响胶带使用寿命的重要因素之一,也是使用中极易损坏的薄弱环节。目前工厂常用疏化胶接和机械连结两种方法。我厂有9台胶带运输机,因硫化工艺比较复杂,所以过去一直采用机械连结胶带(如图1所示)。机械连结虽然简便,但因接头凹凸不平,运行不平稳,容易撕裂和划破胶带,接头寿命短,反复接头,不仅费工费时,而且浪费很大。为此,我们改用LDN-1型氯丁胶冷粘胶带(如图2所示),经过两年多的使用证明,效果较好。冷粘方法如下: Tape conveyor belt connection is one of the important factors affecting the service life of the tape, but also vulnerable to use in the weak links.
