以精馏过程控制回流比为例，介绍了化工生产中物料分流比控制装置的制作新方法。其特点是用555时基集成电路构成时间比例控制器，以输出电压控制双向可控硅开关，从而驱动由电磁铁控制的分流比执行器。
Taking the reflux ratio of the distillation process as an example, a new method of making the material split ratio control device in chemical production was introduced. It features a 555 time-base integrated circuit time-proportional controller to control the output voltage triac to drive the solenoid-controlled splitter than the actuator.
