目的:对不同产地龙牙楤木芽中挥发油成分进行分析与比较。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,并采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)进行分析。结果:鉴定出70种化学成分,主要为倍半萜类、酯类、醇类及酰胺类等化合物。其中,黑龙江伊春龙牙楤木芽中共检测出52种挥发油成分,主要成分为棕榈酸(28.66%)、4,11,11-三甲基-8-亚甲基-二环[7.2.0]4-十一烯(9.52%)、α-荜澄茄醇(8.95%)等。河北承德龙牙楤木芽中共检测出41种挥发油成分,主要成分为有τ-依兰油烯(29.27%)、棕榈酸(11.68%)、4-epi-cubedol(10.63%)、α-荜澄茄醇(7.6%)等。两产地龙牙楤木芽中共有挥发油成分为23种。结论:不同产地龙牙楤木芽中挥发油组分部分在种类及含量上相近,但又具有一定的差异性,本研究结果可以为龙牙楤木的利用提供依据。
Objective: To analyze and compare the volatile oil components of Aralia elata Buds in different areas. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results: 70 chemical constituents were identified, mainly sesquiterpenes, esters, alcohols and amides. Among them, 52 kinds of essential oil components were detected in Yakunya alder wood shoots of Yichun, Heilongjiang province, and the main components were palmitic acid (28.66%), 4,11,11-trimethyl-8-methylene-bicyclo [7.2.0] 4-undecene (9.52%), α-荜 Cibaide alcohol (8.95%) and the like. There were 41 volatile oil constituents detected in Hebei Chengde Aralia elata. The main constituents were as follows: tau-oleanole (29.27%), palmitic acid (11.68%), 4-epi-cubedol Solanesol (7.6%) and the like. The two origin Aralia eucalyptus wood shoots in a total of 23 kinds of volatile oil composition. Conclusion: The components of volatile oil in Aralia elata Buds from different areas are similar in content and type, but they have certain differences. The results of this study can provide the basis for the utilization of Aralia elata.
