为了进一步建立一套完整的普通小麦-华山新麦草异附加系,对普通小麦-华山新麦草衍生后代中,染色体数目2n=44的39个附加2条华山新麦草染色体植株的花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ(PMC MⅠ)染色体行为进行了GISH检测,获得了2条华山新麦草染色体能够配对的18个小麦-华山新麦草二体附加植株;并对这18个二体附加植株进行形态学比较,将其划分为7类。说明这7类二体附加植株所附加的华山新麦草染色体是不同的,初步推测在这7类二体附加植株附加的华山新麦草染色体应是华山新麦草7个同源群的不同染色体。
