目的调查贵州清水江流域不同生境蚊类多样性,为蚊媒病预防和控制提供依据。方法 2012年7~8月历时10 d,在清水江天柱段流域,选择清水江江边、稻田、竹林、人工杉木林、天然次生林、小溪边等6种不同类型生境,应用二氧化碳诱蚊灯诱集成蚊,对蚊类多样性进行分析。结果共捕获蚊虫14 354只,分属6个属,21种,其中中华按蚊、魏仙库蚊和三带喙库蚊分别占总数的44.00%,15.88%,21.01%为优势种;物种丰富度以竹林最高,杉木人工林和江边最低。ShannonWiener指数和Pielou指数以竹林最高,杉木人工林和清水江江边最低。结论清水江天柱段流域中华按蚊、魏仙库蚊和三带喙库蚊为优势种,这些优势种传播的乙脑、疟疾、马来丝虫病是今后疾病监测和预防的重点。
Objective To investigate the diversity of mosquitoes in different habitats of Qingshui River in Guizhou and provide basis for prevention and control of mosquito-borne diseases. Methods From July to August 2012, the habitat was collected in Tianzhu section of Qingshui River. Six different types of habitats, including Qingjiang River, paddy field, bamboo forest, artificial Chinese fir forest, natural secondary forest and stream brook, were selected. Induced mosquitoes, mosquito diversity analysis. Results A total of 14 354 mosquitoes were found, belonging to 6 genera and 21 species. Among them, Anopheles sinensis, Culex pipiens pallens and Culex tritaeniorhynchus accounted for 44.00%, 15.88% and 21.01% of the total, respectively. Conclusion Anopheles sinensis, Culex pipiens pallens and Culex tritaeniorhynchus in the Tianzhu section of Qingshui River are the dominant species, and JE, malaria and malayian filariasis transmitted by these dominant species are the focuses of disease surveillance and prevention in the future.
