为了将人造富矿的熔滴性能在高炉外面的实验装置中相似地再现出来,并在模拟冶炼操作的条件下,对熔滴性能进行测定和研究,研制了人造富矿熔滴性能自动测定装置。本装置自动测定三个参数:矿样荷重软化收缩率、熔滴时的温度值及矿样透气性。本装置的特点是:对测量压杆热膨胀误差进行自动补偿、熔滴时音响报警以及在电路上采用两笔xy函数记录仪来记录三个参数。
In order to reproduce the droplet property of artificial rich ore in the experimental device outside the blast furnace and measure the droplet property under the conditions of simulated smelting operation, an automatic measuring device for droplet property of artificial rich ore was developed. The device automatically determines the three parameters: softening shrinkage rate of mineral samples, the droplet temperature and mineral permeability. The features of this device are: Automatic compensation of thermal expansion error of measuring bar, acoustic alarm when droplet is dropped, and two xy function loggers on circuit to record three parameters.
