目的分析卫生监督投诉举报的状况,以促进投诉举报工作的开展。方法对2007-2009年投诉举报案件进行综合分析。结果三年间共受理投诉举报127件,以电话举报为主,占88.19%;投诉举报内容主要为医疗执业,占54.33%;其次是食品卫生,占40.16%;案件调查属实,占38.58%。结论医疗执业和食品卫生是两大重点,加强法律法规宣传,提高卫生监督工作知晓度和群众社会责任感、维权意识,加大执法力度,使投诉举报工作呈现良好局面。
Objective To analyze the status of health supervision and complaint reporting in order to promote the reporting of complaints. Methods A comprehensive analysis of complaints and reported cases from 2007 to 2009. Results A total of 127 complaint reports were received over the three years, mainly by telephone, accounting for 88.19%. The main content of the complaints was medical practice, accounting for 54.33%; followed by food hygiene, accounting for 40.16%; and the case investigation was true, accounting for 38.58%. Conclusion Medical practice and food hygiene are the two major focuses. The publicity of laws and regulations is strengthened, the awareness of health supervision work, the awareness of people’s social responsibility and rights protection are enhanced, the law enforcement efforts are intensified, and the complaint reporting work presents a good situation.
