为了能够更好地处理动态企业环境下的复杂质量跟踪控制问题,确保企业间的质量信息能够具有完整性以及全程可追溯性,本文重点针对基于企业间质量跟踪控制模型的质量信息跟踪展开研究,并结合扩展企业的分层分级组织结构,构建了一个具有分形网络特征的企业间质量跟踪控制模型以及对应产品的分形网络结构。通过质量信息节点的模板封装,建立了基于企业间质量跟踪控制模型的质量信息表达过程,并运用语义函数对其质量信息进一步进行阐述。以此为依据,构建了一个能够满足企业间动态质量信息交换和共享要求的体系框架。由于企业间质量跟踪控制模型具有自相似性,我们可以把企业间质量跟踪控制划分为多层多个相似的分节过程,并在不同的过程节点中封装不同的质量信息及跟踪控制方法等,并通过对过程节点的管理和控制,实现对企业间质量信息的有效跟踪控制。
In order to deal with the problem of complex quality tracking control in dynamic enterprise environment and ensure the integrity and full traceability of quality information between enterprises, this paper focuses on the research of quality information tracking based on inter-firm quality tracking control model, Combined with the hierarchical organizational structure of the extended enterprise, an inter-firm quality tracking control model with fractal network characteristics and a fractal network structure corresponding to the product are constructed. Through the template encapsulation of quality information node, the quality information expression process based on inter-firm quality tracking control model is established, and its quality information is further explained by using semantic function. Based on this, a system framework that can meet the requirements of dynamic quality information exchange and sharing among enterprises is constructed. Due to the self-similarity of inter-firm quality tracking control model, we can divide the inter-firm quality tracking control into multiple layers and process similar sub-processes and encapsulate different quality information and tracking control methods in different process nodes. Through the management and control of the process nodes, the effective tracking control of the quality information among enterprises can be realized.
