如何识别园区集成创新绩效的主要影响因素,影响因素相互之间存在什么样的关联性,他们又是如何影响园区集成创新绩效的,这些问题是本文需要重点解决的问题。本文基于知识转移的视角,从知识溢出、企业吸收能力、创新环境3个研究维度,通过运用结构方程方法,构建了园区集成创新绩效的概念模型,实证分析了以上3个因素对于园区集成创新绩效的影响及相互关系。最后的研究结果表明:在园区集成创新过程中,知识溢出、企业吸收能力、创新环境与园区集成创新绩效呈显著正相关关系;企业吸收能力与知识溢出之间呈显著正相关关系;创新环境与企业吸收能力之间呈显著正相关关系。 How to identify the main influencing factors of the integrated innovation performance in the park, what kind of correlation exists the influencing factors with each other and how they affect the integrated innovation performance in the park are the problems that this article needs to focus on. Based on the perspective of knowledge transfer, this paper constructs a conceptual model of integrated innovation performance in parks from the three research dimensions of knowledge spillover, enterprise absorptive capacity and innovation environment. By using the structural equation method, this paper analyzes the above three factors for the integrated innovation performance The impact and interrelationships. The results of the last study show that: in the process of integrated innovation in the park, knowledge spillover, enterprise absorptive capacity and innovation environment are positively correlated with the integrated innovation performance in the park; there is a significant positive correlation between corporate absorptive capacity and knowledge spillover; Corporate absorptive capacity was significantly positive correlation.
