梦者,理想憧憬也。梦想必基于现实的理想。与艺术教育密切相关的实际形势是:从战略上说,我国政府首次考虑到软实力的建设,提出了文化大发展大繁荣的策略。而其战术在于发展文化创意产业。艺术乃文化的主体化身。文化即人文,其战略与战术的实施取决于教育,故《易经》谓“观乎人文以化成天下”。由此而论,与其说艺术教育关乎艺术培养,不如说关涉整个教育的核心问题:它关乎教育的目的与模式。
