为了解决动态称重中发生的跳秤、S形行驶、急刹猛起等问题,针对高精度不停车动态称重系统(EWTC)进行了深入研究。通过对国内外动态称重设备性能特点及工作原理的系统调查分析,研究了条带式、交错式、宽板式压电石英传感器组合方案及其效果,提出了多条带与宽板交错布设组合阵列式布设方案,并对其进行试验场测试、道路测试及实际工程验证。研究结果表明:宽板与多条带石英传感器的阵列式布设方案不仅能达到较高的动态称重精度,而且能够很好地解决车辆走停、走S形及倒车等情况带来的问题;动态称重精度在2%以内,高于中国规定的动态称重误差标准;研究结果可为货车不停车计重收费系统的实现奠定关键技术基础。
In order to solve the problems of dynamic weighing, such as the jumping balance, S-shaped driving and sudden braking, the EWTC (High Precision Non-stop Dynamic Weighing System) has been studied deeply. Through systematic investigation and analysis of the performance characteristics and working principle of dynamic weighing equipment both at home and abroad, the combination scheme of strip type, interlaced type and wide plate piezoelectric quartz sensors and their effects are studied. A combination of multi-strip and wide plate staggered arrangement is proposed Array layout program, and its test site test, road test and the actual project verification. The results show that the array layout scheme of wide plate and multiple quartz sensors can not only achieve high dynamic weighing accuracy, but also solve the problems brought by the stop-and-go, S-curve and reverse. The accuracy of dynamic weighing is less than 2%, which is higher than the dynamic weighing error standard stipulated by China. The research results can lay a key technical foundation for the realization of truck toll collection and toll collection system.
