以具有6个组成环和3个封闭环的工件的公差设计为研究对象,从中抽取关键变量,并建立数学模型。基于Taguchi方法,进行了公差对制造成本的正交试验,同时对试验结果进行直观分析和方差分析,并确定最佳方案。试验结果表明,试验数据对优化设计的改进可提供有利依据,能够有效地减少试验次数,并可获得较理想方案。
Tolerance design of a workpiece with six component loops and three closed loops is taken as the research object, the key variables are extracted and the mathematical model is established. Based on the Taguchi method, the orthogonal test of manufacturing cost was carried out with tolerance. At the same time, the test results were analyzed visually and analyzed by variance, and the best solution was determined. The test results show that the experimental data can provide favorable basis for the improvement of the optimized design, and can effectively reduce the number of tests and obtain a more ideal solution.
