本文采用遥感与地理信息系统相结合的技术方法,并以北京十年城市扩展为例来研究城市扩展。首先用遥感的方法获得4个时相的城市实体边界及面积,然后与同期的社会经济统计数据做灰色关联分析,从而确定了在研究的时段内影响城市实体扩展的主要因子。将各时相的城市实体专题图互相叠加,研究了不同时间城市实体扩展的特点。根据灰色预测模型,对城市实体扩展做了预测。通过本研究,发现了几个很有意义的结论,无论是对城市的理论研究,还是对城市管理,都有较高的价值。
In this paper, we use the technology of combining remote sensing with geographic information system (GIS) to study the urban expansion by taking Beijing’s ten-year urban expansion as an example. Firstly, the boundary and area of urban entities in four phases were obtained by remote sensing. Then, gray relational analysis was made with the socio-economic statistical data of the same period to determine the main factors that affected the expansion of urban entities during the study period. Thematic maps of urban entities of each phase are superimposed on each other, and the characteristics of urban entities extended at different times are studied. According to the gray forecasting model, the expansion of urban entities is predicted. Through this study, we found several very significant conclusions, both for the theoretical study of the city, and for the management of the city, have a higher value.
