文章以一座运营13年的中承式钢管混凝土拱桥为背景工程,开展了实桥静载试验,不仅进行了针对钢管混凝土拱肋承载力的静载试验,还进行了针对吊杆、横梁、桥面板受力状况的静载试验。建立有限元模型对该桥各主要构件的静力性能进行了分析和讨论。研究结果表明,该桥钢管混凝土拱肋受力基本正常,但刚度有所削弱,拱脚处应力规律较差;横梁受力状态已超出设计能力;桥面板局部受力较大。试验方法和研究数据可对今后类似桥梁的设计与施工提供借鉴。
Based on a half-through CFST arch bridge operating for 13 years, this paper carried out a static load test of a real bridge, which not only carried out static load test for bearing capacity of CFST arch ribs, Static load test panel panel. The finite element model is established to analyze and discuss the static performance of the main components of the bridge. The results show that the stress of the CFST arch rib of the bridge is basically normal, but the rigidity is weakened and the stress law at the arch foot is poor. The stress state of the beam exceeds the designed capacity, and the local stress of the bridge deck is larger. The test methods and research data can provide reference for the design and construction of similar bridges in the future.
