引言我厂丁二烯聚合使用的溶剂油(67~90℃),系炼油厂铂重整抽余油。该油中含有微量烯烃杂质,其碘值一般在0.2~0.5(克/100克)左右,最高可达1.0以上。它可以影响聚合催化剂活性,使聚合转化率下降;同时也是导致胶团生成、凝胶增高等影响橡胶质量稳定的不利因素之一。但不同产地的溶剂油,其烯烃杂质对聚合的影响程度亦不同,因此,有必要对其具体杂质组分进行
INTRODUCTION Solvent oil (67 ~ 90 ℃) used in the polymerization of butadiene in our factory is a platinum remineral rape oil refinery. The oil contains traces of olefin impurities, the iodine value is generally about 0.2 ~ 0.5 (g / 100 grams), up to 1.0 or more.
