最近,在基层调查了解情况中发现,部分青年战士自立能力弱化的问题比较突出,其主要表现: 1、自立意识比较淡化。一些青年战士思想追求不够远大,有的当兵一年还大脑空空,根本没有什么政治抱负。在关于理想与前途的问卷调查中,290名战士中有30％的同志回答“跟着感觉走”,10％的同志认为“享乐至上,潇洒一生”。有的渴望成才,却又缺乏坚强的毅力,在困难面前表现摇摆;想在部队有作为,却又缺乏脚踏实地的努力; Recently, we found in the grass-roots investigation and understanding that some of the problems of the weakening of the self-reliance of young fighters are prominent. The main features are as follows: 1) The sense of self-reliance is rather diluted. Some young soldiers are not ambitious enough to pursue their ideas. Some of them even have their brains empty for one year and have no political aspirations at all. In the survey on ideals and prospects, 30% of the 290 warriors answered “follow the sensations” and 10% said “enjoyable and carefree life.” Some are eager to become successful but lack strong perseverance to show their swing in the face of hardship. They want to work hard in the armed forces and yet lack of down-to-earth efforts.
