非常感谢刘德稳等4位学者对“有限填土静止土压力系数计算方法研究”的关注和讨论(以下简称“讨论文”)。现就讨论的问题进行答复。与大家熟知的极限状态的内摩擦角不同,原文[1]提到的“激发角”英文名称为mobilized angle of internal friction in one dimensional compression[2],事实上称为侧限内摩擦角更合适。它可以对应于Bang[3]提到的挡墙静止状态时土体的内摩擦角,
We are very grateful to four scholars such as Liu Dewen for their concern and discussion on the calculation method of the pressure coefficient of still earth pressure at limited fill (hereinafter referred to as “discussion paper”). We are now answering the questions under discussion. Contrary to the well-known limit state internal friction angle, the original name [1] refers to the mobilized angle of internal friction in one dimensional compression [2], which is actually called the confined internal friction angle more suitable. It can correspond to the internal friction angle of the soil when the retaining wall is at rest as mentioned by Bang [3]
