本文从其临床特点、诊断、预后等问题进行分析。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料本组46例,其中男25例,女21例。年龄最大79岁,最小32岁,其中,32岁～40岁2例,41岁～50岁11例,51岁～60岁15例,61岁～79岁18例。1.2 症状及体征本组病例在活动状态下起病者36例,饮酒后发病者2例,排便时发病者2例。均为突然起病,全部病例均以头痛为首发症状,剧烈持续性头痛伴呕吐。有视物
