应用透射电镜研究了K树脂的两相分布形态,考察了相结构形态与宏观性能的关系。结果表明:在组成比相同的条件下,不同工艺的样品中两相形态有明显差异,其中PS相规整度高、两相分布均匀者,材料的宏观性能好;对于一系列自行研制的样品,当注塑温度低于230℃时,材料中两相分布不被破坏,产品宏观性能最佳。
The morphology of two phases of K resin was studied by transmission electron microscopy. The relationship between phase morphology and macroscopic properties was investigated. The results show that the morphologies of the two phases in the samples with different compositions are obviously different under the same compositional ratio. The high degree of PS regularity and the uniform distribution of the two phases make the macroscopical properties of the materials good. For a series of self-developed samples, When the injection temperature is lower than 230 ℃, the two-phase material distribution is not damaged, the best macro-performance products.
