目的探讨对于镫骨性耳硬化症的患者采用高分辨CT多平面重组的诊断价值。方法收集我院2015年7月至2016年7月镫骨性耳硬化症患者40例作为实验组,耳部正常患者40例作为对照组,所有患者均进行HCRT-MPR检查,另外实验组患者还需进行常规2mm层厚HRCT检查。采用统计学软件SPSS 10.0对相关数据进行统计分析。结果根据实验结果 HRCT-MPR诊断的敏感性为87.5%(35/40)、特异性为97.5%(39/40)。常规2mm厚度HRCT的敏感性为37.5%(15/40)。结论 HRCT-MPR诊断的敏感性远大于HRCT-MPR诊断的敏感性且P<0.05具有统计学意义,说明使用高分辨率CT多平面重组筛查诊断镫骨性耳硬化症效果更加确切,可以在临床上进一步推广。
