目的探讨参麦注射液干预肿瘤化疗药物的毒性及免疫功能调节。方法将258例肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。对照组给予常规化疗加对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用参麦注射液60ml加入到5%葡萄糖溶液500ml中静脉滴注,1次/d。两组患者治疗前、后均采血测定肝功能、血常规、免疫球蛋白及T细胞亚群。结果(1)治疗后两组患者ALT、AST和总胆红素间差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);(2)治疗后两组患者白细胞、血小板间差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);(3)治疗后两组患者IgG、IgA、IgM含量间差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);(4)治疗后两组患者CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+间差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论参麦注射液具有干预化疗药物的毒性、改善肝功能、升高血象、增强患者免疫功能的作用。
Objective To investigate the toxic effects of Shenmai injection on tumor chemotherapeutic drugs and the regulation of immune function. Methods 258 patients with cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy plus symptomatic treatment. The treatment group was treated with 60 mg of Shenmai injection and 500 ml of 5% glucose solution intravenously once a day on the basis of the control group. Two groups of patients before and after treatment were collected blood to determine liver function, blood, immunoglobulin and T cell subsets. Results (1) After treatment, there was significant difference between ALT, AST and total bilirubin (P <0.01); (2) The difference of leukocyte and platelet between the two groups after treatment was significant (P <0.01 ); (3) After treatment, there was significant difference in the contents of IgG, IgA and IgM between the two groups (P <0.01); (4) The differences of CD4 +, CD8 + and CD4 + / CD8 between the two groups after treatment were significant P <0.01). Conclusion Shenmai injection has the effect of interfering with the toxicity of chemotherapeutic drugs, improving liver function, increasing blood and enhancing immune function of patients.
