新闻案例“不要工资”求职碰壁最近,在某地举行供需见面会,共有省内外300多个单位招人。得到这个消息后,就读于某学院的黄建提前一天赶去。招聘会场,他看中了几家制药、生物工程等方面的公司。但这几家公司都以没有工作经验为由,毫不犹豫地拒绝了他。情急之下,黄建恳求说:这类工作和自己的专业对口,哪怕自己半年或一年不拿工资,也愿意到他们那里工作。令他气馁的是,用人单位仍然将他拒之门外。一位招聘负责人说,单位不是发不起工资,而是看你能不能立即投入到生产中去,尽快给单位创造利润。
