以Ce,Tb和La的硝酸盐与(NH_4)_2HPO_4为原料,用共沉淀法合成了稀土磷酸盐绿色荧光粉(La,Ce,Tb)PO_4,研究了煅烧气氛、煅烧温度、硼酸含量、溶液的pH值和物质的量的比对荧光强度的影响,同时还研究了(La,Ce,Tb)PO_4共沉淀的荧光性能。结果表明,共沉淀法合成的稀土磷酸盐绿色荧光粉的最佳条件是在炭还原气氛下煅烧,煅烧温度为800℃,溶液pH值为5,硼酸的掺入量为5%,La0.6Ce0.2Tb0._2PO_4为最佳配比,此时所得到产品的荧光强度最高。
The rare earth phosphate green phosphors (La, Ce, Tb) PO_4 were synthesized by coprecipitation using nitrate, (NH_4) _2HPO_4 from Ce, Tb and La as raw materials, and the effects of calcination atmosphere, calcination temperature, boric acid content, PH value and the amount of substance on the fluorescence intensity, and also studied the (La, Ce, Tb) PO 4 co-precipitation fluorescence properties. The results show that the optimum conditions for the synthesis of rare earth phosphate green phosphors by coprecipitation method are calcined under a reducing atmosphere of carbon, the calcination temperature is 800 ℃, the pH value of the solution is 5, the content of boric acid is 5%, La0.6Ce0 .2Tb0._2PO_4 for the best ratio, the highest fluorescence intensity of the product obtained at this time.
