中国抗癌协会癌症康复研究会聘请的专家经过研究认为,饮食不当是导致癌症发生的一大原因,改变膳食结构,注意饮食安全,可以预防和避免50%的乳腺癌、75%的胃癌、75%的结肠癌等癌症。世界癌症研究基金会出版的《膳食、营养与癌症的预防》一书,从注意饮食结构方面提出了一系列意见和建议,这些意见和建议强调食品的选择和搭配,提醒人们在注意营养的同时,注意营养要素的合理组合,这些意见科学合理、可操作性很强。
